ABORIGINAL MANITOBANS UNITE FOR CHILDREN OF HAITI
MANITOBA’S ABORIGINAL LEADERS AND MEDIA OUTLETS JOIN FORCES
WINNIPEG, MB—MMF President David Chartrand, along with MKO Grand Chief David Harper, SCO Grand Chief Morris Swan Shannacappo, AMC Grand Chief Ron Evans, NCI FM and APTN National News, are set to host the Aboriginal Nations for Haitians Benefit Concert in an effort to raise much-needed dollars for children in Haiti.
The benefit concert will take place on Jan. 29 at 7 p.m. at the Centennial Concert Hall in Winnipeg. A very talented line-up of Metis and First Nations entertainers will be on hand, giving of their time and energy to help those that need it the most...the children. All proceeds will be donated to UNICEF.
