Telephone No. (819) 956-1269 Fax No. (819) 956-7353 REQUEST FOR MASTER STANDING OFFER PROGRAM TO PROVIDE REMANUFACTURED OFFICE FURNITURE IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION The Request for Master Standing Offer (RMSO) is for the supply, delivery and installation of remanufactured panels and supported components, as described in the Government Purchase Description (GPD-7) available upon request, for the National Capital Region, Provinces of Ontario and Quebec on an 'as and when requested' basis, for a two (2) year period from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer. Remanufactured office furniture is recycled office furniture that has had value added to the product. Products are completely dissassembled, part are inspected, cleaned, repaired or replaced, reassembled and refinished to 'like new' conditions, and returned to the market for sale. A minimum of 60% of all major components (i.e. Panels, worksurfaces, shelving overhead cabinets, pedestals, etc.) Which comprise a workstation shall be remanufactured. It is Public Works and Government Services Canada intent to negotiate with the following companies, as well as ABORIGINAL companies representing these companies in order to maintain the remanufacturing services in the federal Government.
